Content is general and educational. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice and is not tailored to you. You must not rely on it to make decisions, and you are solely responsible for any action you take.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Backtest figures are hypothetical and may contain errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trading Fleet and its operator shall not be liable for any loss or damage — including trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The content, design, and code of the site are owned by Trading Fleet unless stated otherwise. You retain ownership of any strategy you submit; by submitting it you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to produce your test result.
We may update the site or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
